Daniel Marsh spent eight years in operations roles before founding Mindwave Vault Zone in 2019. His last staff position was senior operations lead at a regional logistics firm in the Pacific Northwest, where he spent three years redesigning how decisions moved through a 200-person organisation. He left to build a smaller, more deliberate practice. He is obsessive about documentation, mildly obsessive about coffee, and keeps a paper notebook for every client engagement going back to the first one in October 2019. He works remotely and takes on new clients in January, April, and September.
